I joined SOUL Fitness OVER 5 years ago, with the intent of only participating through the summer months. My goal was to increase my fitness and hopefully lose a few pounds, but what I gained was so much more and far more beneficial than increasing my push-up count or losing inches on my waist. I gained confidence, higher self-esteem, and most of all balance. BBC has truly become a lifestyle change for me and taught me life lessons that go far beyond fitness and nutrition. I’ve embraced the importance of accountability, commitment, teamwork, leadership and goal setting and how each plays a significant role in all areas of my life, both personally and professionally. I have been fortunate to be coached by the best of the best. I have made friendships with some of the most genuine people you will ever meet, all of whom started where I did and never been short of supportive, encouraging or motivating. I am grateful to be a part of such an amazing, life-changing program. We only get one body and one mind and through this program, I am able to take the best care of both.
