Hi my name is Laurie. I first joined Soul Fitness in January of 2017, and stepped away in June of 2018. Those first 17 months, my fitness level improved and I lost almost 50 lbs. I stepped away from the program and gained back 40 pounds! Without a team and the accountability of this program I was about to be back to where I first started. In January of 2020 I looked in the mirror and knew in my heart that I needed this program to keep me accountable, to challenge myself physically and mentally. I made the decision to come back to what I knew to be a quality program. A program that looks at the whole person, body, mind and soul! Since returning, I have dropped those extra pounds, seen my fitness improve and gained friends who motivate me to be better. My goal is to encourage and help others recognize that we are never too old or too young to improve our health and fitness.
