I’ve been active all my life, skiing, wakeboarding, cycling, soccer, rock climbing, and motorcycle racing. Pretty much if it produces adrenaline count me in. For me, staying in shape wasn’t the problem, staying in the game as I got older was. Through Soul Fitness I learned proper techniques to prevent injury, unlearned old habits, improved my nutrition, and added strength with flexibility. I’m feeling great in my 50’s and still in the game! I now lead fitness classes to help others maintain and enjoy their active lifestyles.
